Devyn, the phone technician, was very patient and spent the time setting up apps and showing us the new car's controls and how they worked. The GM finance department explained and went over all details. We had stopped by Brown Automotive just to look and get an idea about IF we purchased a new vehicle. I have bought 26 vehicles at brown in the last 50 years ! The events at my last visit were the worst I have ever experienced ? I took car in for oil change ! I was told there were massive recalls on my car a 2023 invision Buick,!I took the car In at 8 am ! I was called at 4 pm to say car was ready ! They picked me up, ! When I got there found out they had not changed the oil,! I was so upset could not really believe it Al! I was treated with disrespect! The mgr was not available! He was not there! The gentleman acting mgr Mr Ortiz said they would pick car up next morning and bring I for oil change ! I left ! ::next morning they picked up car for oil change! ,when car was done they called wanted to know how I was going to,pay for oil change ! I said I would give them a check,!when car was delivered I found that they had changed all my settings moved all my mirrors !they had put 39,lbs of air in tires! The car was changed to metric ??? I decided then I would never go back again! No one really cared about how all this happened! A few days later a Ruben Salas who said he was personal representive and he had heard about this incident ! He apologized ! I told him I appreciated the call , but I was not coming back ! He said he would give me free oil cg if I would ! I said I would ! Told told him people were rude , that is about it Mary Louise Dickehut

I unexpectedly had to purchase a vehicle due to mine being declared a total loss for severe hail damage. I called the GM Pete and made him aware of my situation and he said "come over we will take care of you." Diego De Luna was our sales professional and he was just that very professional and polite he made this unexpected situation so easy, simple and quick. He was very supportive and knowledgeable of what I was looking for and helped me get into a brand new Chevy Trax. It was late in the evening when I bought the car so the next morning Diego was very attentive and picked up the vehicle to have it detailed and returned to me. It was so convenient the service that Diego provided since I had to work. He was so helpful, accommodating and made this car buying process so quick and simple. Thank you Diego for helping me it was a great experience!
